The Shannan Beeler Leadership Legacy Fund honors Shannan’s 28 years of leadership as President of JA of Oklahoma by investing in the continued growth of JA of Oklahoma staff. It reflects her commitment to developing people and strengthening the organization’s future leadership. This fund has been established as an ongoing commitment to staff leadership development and will be budgeted annually to ensure consistent focus on leadership growth.
